Re: Designers

I choose Gabriele Wilson. I'm not familiar with her work but as I looked at her designs on bookcoverarchive.com, I liked what I saw, simple and striking and a number with patterns like we've talked about. These, in the top and bottom rows, are chapbooks designed for winners of the Poetry Society of America contest each year.

She established Gabriele Wilson Design in 2006, after seven years as a senior book jacket designer at Alfred A. Knopf. She is a professor at Parsons The New School for Design. Her work also includes identities for restaurants and other businesses, catalogs, posters, and CD covers.
